Hi, I’m Brittany Wilde. 

Brain Health Practitioner, Human Potential Consultant, and Strength & Conditioning Coach of over 15 years. 

I’m the founder of The Elite Mind Co. - a company committed to helping people live high performance lives in their chosen pursuits and projects.  To date, my entire life has been built upon an undeniable drive to perform at my best, and to do whatever it takes - all the one percenters - to be truly proud of what I do and who I am throughout my life. This drive doesn't stop at my own life - it's a value I wish to share with others who have an unstoppable drive to live a high performance, values-centric  life, too.

My high performance life started when I was just 9 when I joined my first athletics squad.  I captained my first state team at 11, won a medal at the national championships at age 13, and competed internationally by age 15.  The most prominent core understanding that I developed throughout this time as a junior athlete was that nothing out-performs diligent and resilient minds and bodies - not even exceptional natural talent.  

I spent most of my twenties working with everyday and elite athletes as a Strength & Conditioning coach, and I co-founded a junior sports academy working with high level junior athletes to strengthen and condition not only their bodies, but their minds, their values, their identities, their resilience, and their emotional intelligence. 

Through proven methods of optimising client physiology and biochemical states, I have had unparalleled success instilling high performing qualities, states and traits in the hundreds of athletes, entrepreneurs and high performing individuals I’ve worked with.

Being elite is about more than just our achievements alone, and rather, about who we are as well-rounded people - how we think, feel, create, lead, recover, connect, move - and how closely we live to our values and potential.

I'm now a mother of three young daughters (which is quite possibly the most elite sport in existence), and the founder of a successful, sustainable and wonderfully profitable digital business working with highly skilled business owners to perform at their best.  

 The culmination of my years as an athlete, my work in strength & conditioning and junior sporting academies, being a mother of three, a business owner of over 16 years, and my study in Exercise Science and Applied Neuroscience has led me to develop a skill set that is purpose-built for High Performance Living:

I created The Elite Mind Co. to provide a space to learn and embody these high performance behaviours using Applied Neuroscience, so we can hurtle towards our goals with absolute precision.  The things you’ll find me talking about on the regular include:

Outside of my work at TEMCO, I live a full and active life with my family and friends. My husband, 3 daughters, our boxer pup Frankie, and I, live on an acre surrounded by the beautiful trees and wildlife of the Gold Coast Hinterland.  I fill my days with work that I adore, running, strength training, sipping coffees, playing at the beach with my kids, cooking wholesome and nourishing food for the people I love, and doing forward flips into the pool so I can forever remain the “cool mum”.
