  1. BRAND LOYALTY.

Do you want people who absolutely froth what you do, can’t wait to be the first through the doors of your offerings and sit on the edge of their seats to learn about your latest product?  You need brand loyalty, my friend.  In this module, we’ll cover human behaviour, purchase drivers, building a sense of belonging, the psychology of brand loyalty and what compels people to move.

2. BOSS BRANDING. 

Gary Vee said it best when he said, “Brand is everything.  You know what it means when you are good at selling?  It means you’re bad at branding.  Because when you’re good at branding, it comes to you”.  Boss Branding covers storytelling, voice, identity, cohesion, and messaging. 

3. SMART STRUCTURES. 

The quality of the client journey, sustainability of your offerings, perceived value of your body of work, and trustworthiness is dependent on your structures - how you set up your business model, the flow of your products and services and the timeline of your offerings is imperative to the overall sustainability and success of your brand. 

4. CONTRIBUTION SCORES.

When you speak, do your people sit up and listen?  Or are they skipping stories faster than Leo changing girlfriends?   Sometimes what we’re saying is something we’re passionate about, interested in or even obsessed with - but is it the same for our community? Learning how to dial in on the sweet spot of personal passion, expertise, as well as community need and desire is essential if you want your community to sit up, lean in and take note.  In this module we’ll discover how to build an exceptional contribution score (how valuable our contribution is in the minds of our community) with our dream clients. 

5. THE FIELD OF POTENTIAL (NEW ADDITION!)

Underneath every behaviour and action is an energetic pattern - that is, an informative imprint or belief that drives that behaviour to happen. Some of the big energetic imprints that underpin much of the urgent and distorted patterns in business can be traced back to our relationship with urgency, patience, time, expectation and success. In this module, we’ll address the core energetics of beautiful business and life to help you to become a walking, talking, breathing example for your message, brand, dream client, values and offerings with squeaky clean energy, behaviour and beliefs. We’ll help you get to the very centre of the Field of Potential.

6. READ THE ROOM.

One of the greatest attributes to leverage in successful business is speed (notice I didn’t say “rushing”).  When we sit on ideas, don’t take risks, wait for the stars to align, our hot offers usually pass us by.  Many people have told me over the years that they’ve had the same or similar ideas as me, but I got to it first and they felt they couldn’t act on it, so they waited, only to find that it didn’t work on that timeline.  Rule 1 of creating Hot Offers: get the intel and move. Life will respond to your YES when you’ve made the move, not before it.  Inside Read The Room, we’ll explore how to read results and data from your business and actions, how to determine what is desirable, assessing collective themes for offer relevancy and need, and how to build offers that deliver results, movement, and hunger.  Building hot offers is about speed, efficiency, relevancy, community need and how it is framed.  You need to read the room.  This is about the formula for building highly valuable, highly desirable and highly profitable products, services and offerings that work for your clients, your business and brand memorability.

7. THE LAUNCHING LAB.

Ever felt clunky or awkward while selling? Or confused with why your marketing isn’t landing during your launch?  I got you.  The science of the sales process and the launch journey is vital to understand - what works for early adopters does not work for last minute buyers, and what works for logical buyers does not work for emotional buyers.  Understanding how to leverage human behaviour and sales cycle knowledge, and pair it with your own natural style and flare over the entire duration of your launch will blow up your bottom line.  

8. PRESENT LIKE A PRO.

Once people are inside the world of your business, your work truly begins - this is when you have to deliver.  Teaching, educating, sharing and presenting requires skill, confidence, vision and clarity.  In this module, we’ll explore the skills required to make people lean in, sit up, take note, and move. 

9. TIMELINE TRAJECTORIES (NEW ADDITION!)

Discover how to map out your timeline trajectory so you know exactly which marketing phase you are in, so you can serve, nurture, pitch, lead and nourish your community thoroughly and beautifully - and never leave money on the table. When you can effectively map your business timeline alongside your life and client needs you have harmony, confidence, clarity and direction for exactly what is needed and when.

10. BODY-BASED BUSINESS. 

Bring your body along for the ride with your business - health won’t save you from hardship, it’ll just give you more capacity to handle it. A robust body does not provide immunity from challenge, but it builds a vital element in the picture of business (and life!); resilience.  A healthy body and mind, is a resilient body and mind that can handle more stress, pressure and load from the pressure cooker that can be business. 

When we want life to change, our business to grow, our relationships to improve or any other form of growth, your body will need to be able to handle the inevitably stressful process of unknown and unpredictable change. 

One of the most common patterns of behaviour I see in business is the avoidance of hard sensations - rejection, failure, risk, difficulty - which points to a few things: low physical capacity to navigate discomfort, a nervous system with low scope to handle variation, low to no practice exposing oneself to the new and risky, or a competency skill gap. 

When it comes to any sort of change (growth!), the body comes first - build a more resilient body to provide the cushion for the intensity and load of change and demand that comes from business. . 

You won’t avoid discomfort, but you’ll be equipped to handle it.

11. MEGAPHONE FOR YOUR MESSAGE. 

Social media becomes simple, easy, effective and a necessity when you are precise and clear on the exact brand story and message you’re sharing, as well as the timeline of your offerings and services and what you are actually creating content for.  When social media feels general, optional or loose in the context of growing a business, selling an offering or engaging a community, we have a problem.  Social media has the potential to feel clear, intentional, precise and visionary - you just have to create the structures and brand direction to allow for it.  This is what I call sexy socials.  My intention is to support you in developing that business clarity and direction, brand precision and communicative excellence so your social media and content creation becomes a megaphone for your message. 

12. BRAINS & BEHAVIOUR (NEW ADDITION!)

Everything you need to know to beat overwhelm, procrastination, comparison, imposter syndrome and self doubt - HINT: these are all symptoms of a deeper root cause. In this module, we’ll cover how identity is formed, how behaviour and belief is a byproduct of action, how to course correct behaviour and regain our most precious commodity: our attention. In here, we’ll learn how to recreate our identity through habit science and human behaviour principles.

Starting Monday 30th September at 10am AEST (Brisbane time), we meet on Zoom once per week for 10 weeks to explore the lesson modules jam-packed with knowledge, practices, tasks and game changing insights to immediately execute and act on. Calls will vary from 60-90 minutes.

All calls will be uploaded into your private member portal within 24 hours of the scheduled call time.

Our call schedule varies each week to factor in varied life logistics and time zones of our international cohort. We do our best to provide flexibility within the parameters of the time I (Brit) have available.
